+ Overall very good, excellent little powerfull hoover,and affordable.

+ It sucks up everything, including the carpet! It's better than my Dyson, its robust and I tested it by using it immediately after vacuuming with my Dyson. Despite my carpet looking clean this Hoover picked up lots of particulates and detritus left behind by the Dyson.

- The handle is an integral part of the extension tools. Once you finish with the extension and you plug the handle back into the base of the Hoover your hand comes into contact with end of the handle where debris may remain. Badly thought out. Also, because the handle is removable there is a some movement to the left and right which can be distracting. I would have preferred not to have the handle used as part of the extension tools. Its LOUD! I mean VERY LOUD but when you see how effective it is this can be overlooked.

- Watch when emptying, I made a right mess. One of the attachments does not fit on the vacuum.

- Haven't quite figured out how to hoover the stairs yet. And it's not great on hard floors.

+ Retracting handle. Very powerful, picks up really well. Pet tool is really effective. Hose and tools are quick and easy to set up and use. No complaints at all with performance. Great value for money.

- Power lead is positioned a bit low so you do need to hold it when hoovering. Pet Hair accessory has no place to store on hoover. The good points way outway the bad and are not an issue but if any improvements could be made that is all I could suggest.

+ This vacuum has extremely strong suction and does a better job than my last vacuum which was a Dyson DC04. It has a long cable and a special attachment for cleaning up pet hair.

- The vacuum is quite heavy and difficult to carry upstairs. It is also a little plasticy in it's construction.

The worst thing about this is;
**There is nowhere to store the brilliant little uphostery brush attachment on the machine itself (there's very limited tool storage anyway) which means you have to carry it around with you - a real pain - but an excellent product otherwise.

- It did not come with attachments that lengthen the hose. If you want to make a longer hose you have to take the handle apart and attach to the hose which makes the hoover unstable.

+ Most importantly it has really good suction - it looked as though we had cleaned our carpets (embarassingly). It's quite light and easy to use and it makes it easy to get into corners and under things.

- The handle is a little wobbly, the main body falls over when you use the hose and there is nowhere to put the lead when you store it so it looks a bit messy (maybe that only bothers me).

+ very easy to use - had a dyson but didnt have the budget for another even though i liked it - plumped for this to save cash and hoped it was good - it certainly is , delighted with it and value for money far better than dyson. never thought i would say this but looks like dyson have been caught up - once headed the way but maybe the most expensive now
