+ it was great it is powerful enough to get up all hairs and little bits of dirt you dont even know is there i would recomend this hoover to anyone its brilliant

- there has been nothing bad to say it does everything you want it to do

+ Cost and ease of emptying and tool attachment for edges

- It is extremely heavy and difficult to manoeuvre after my last vacuum which was an Oreck

+ It's very lightweight compared with other bagless cleaners making it very easy to maneouvre.
The turbo brush is ideal for those difficult to move cat and dog hairs.
The long hose makes it easy to reach without having to move the vacuum cleaner closer.

- When stretching the hose to reach it pulls the vacuum cleaner over unless someone can hold the cleaner while one is reaching with the hose.

+ Good value for price paid and good cleaning performance

+ Very efficient machine. I like the fact that it is bagless, and it is easy to empty.

- Electric cord comes out at the bottom of the machine and is quite easy to tread on. The handle is a bit wobbly - I know it's because it comes apart and is telescopic but the fact that it wobbles bothers me.

- Cannot store turbo tool on the main unit

+ Powerful so good for removing pet hair. I have always owned Dyson's but this performance wise is equally as good.

- The handle is adjustable and removable, but because of this it moves slightly as you use it to push the hoover. Feels like you don't have total control.

- not64 very easy to empty when there are dog hairs, they get stuck round the inner coloumn and you have to clear them by hand, but at least it REALLY picks them up, also the hard extension part is too short, but its a value product so one does not expect everything to be perfect.

+ Bagless enables the contents to be disposed of easily - in the composter.

- Looking at the ad on the Internet it looked as though the cord was retractable. It isn't. Having to wind up the cord after each use is inconvenient and the cord gets in the way of general operation. I would recommend Hoover produce a cordless upright bagless vacuum cleaner.

- handle feels loose due to dual purpose use.
hose mounted too high causing the cleaner to tip over when using tools.

- The lead is not long ( 2m extra would be better )
