+ Cleans carpets and hard floors very well. Very easy to empty dust chamber. Easy to maintain.

- Not good on rugs or mats. Quite noisy. If you dont fix the cable up you are apt to tread on it as the cable exit from the cleaner is close to the floor.

- Mains cable is a little short. The bendy hose is a little short, so it topples over when being pulled and it fills up really quickly, maybe my flat is really dusty tho!

+ great value for money as good as much more expensive brands. Great suction easy to use on all surfaces, long cord easy for stairs.

- It is rather heavy

+ Very powerful vacuum cleaner with great carpet cleaning capabilities. Cool design. Comes with a washable HEPA filter. Very sturdy construction and should last a long time. Very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner.

- A bit loud, even louder then my old vacuum claner. The tools that come with it is a bit lacking and the handle is also used as the telescopic cleaning tube. Might be a bit heavy for elderly people.

+ It has a setting for an extra powerful suction which is really good.

- Cord is not long enough. Doesn't take long to fill the dust compartment. Cord comes out bottom of hoover so you have to keep picking it up to get it out the way. The first time I emptied the dust compartment, it took ages getting the filter etc all back in place, got covered in dust - Was not happy

+ Nice compact and sturdy vacuum system. Very good power and pick-up. I couldn't believe how much it picked up the first time I used it. Mesh over main filter stops it becoming clogged with fluff. Carry handle makes it easy to take up stairs and has also quick release cable hook, which saves you unwinding it. Very Low profile when vaccing under tables. Having owned a Dyson I can safely say this beats it hands down... and then some.

- The main handle is telescopic and doesn't feel very sturdy (it wobbles a bit as you try to control left and right manouvering) although there is no risk of it breaking. Low cord exit at bottom of vac means you tend to step on it quite often. One other annoyance is the hose is an oval shape (non-standard) so it means older attachments can't be used.

- Cable is too short and too close to the bottom of the hoover. Its very noisy and heavy. Very unstable when trying to use tools. I had to use tools with one hand and try and keep the hoover upright with the other hand.
The dust container is too small and very messy when emptying. I bought this hoover because i have a dog, but after using the pet turbo brush twice it broke. I had a dyson before this product and it is true that you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on this product.

+ A good looking, good working vacuum cleaner.

- Cable coming from the very bottom of the cleaner is not good. Very dstractng and easil gets kinked up. I loop it aroumd the extension cable, a bit higher up, and it works betrter.

+ rectractable handle making ease of storage plus height adjustment for multi person use. bag free. good motor capacity for the money.

- not very good cable storage when not in use.

- Cable entry point on cleaner is too low,causing operator to step on trailing cable if not held in hand.
No basic flat nozzle for hose.
Cable could be a meter longer.

- Despite being made for animal hair the hoover lost suction within 3 uses, we now have to use the accessories to pick anything up.
