+ Large capacity, intelligent drying, water collection...I'm glad we spent a bit more on a dryer this time.

- (Minor problem). Seems to have trouble detecting whether a load is dry if it's only small. Simply put more stuff in, or use the traditional timer.

+ Does the job is supposed to do.

- A bit on the noisy side. Although its a condensor, I still have to keep the area ventilated, otherwise it turns into a bit of a sauna!

+ it's green credentials

- the auto dry does not work properly e.g. leaving towels damp when set to cupboard dry.

+ Large Capacity - perfect for a busy family.

- Programs don't always dry as much as they say they will. It's taken a while to work out what my drying times should be, as I can't rely on "Bone Dry" to dry the average load.

- Bone dry cycle does not get clothes bone dry (still a bit damp) need to use 30 min timer instead

+ Dries things without creases! Easy to operate and easy to maintain, empty water bottle. Ideal for the understairs cupboard!

- Wish there was a separate 'timer' dial that you could set yourself or another couple of times e.g. 15 mins - currently you only have 30mins on quick dry - would like the option to have 30 mins on the other cycles too. Also, no 'time left' display or on the dial - this would be helpful but not essential.

+ Condensing, simple to use, energy efficient - "does what it says on the tin".

- Has a moisture sensor so once the cycle has finished it will start up again and run for a little while if you have left dry clothes in overnight. It is not noisy but it is not as quiet as it could be.

+ the ease of use, (that is no complicated buttons or lots of different settings, make this product very user friendly, also the condenser at the top of the dryer makes it very easy to empty water.)

+ This dryer works well and quickly. It's very easy to use.

- Very noisy. Also, I don't quite see the point of all of the different levels of 'dry' it offers (i.e. 'bone' or 'cupboard' etc.) I mean, maybe it's just me, but if I stick something in a dryer, it's because I want it dry!

+ Inbuilt condenser so need need for hose. Easy to clean filter at front of machine. Good appearance

- Too complicated. Preferred my old machine where I could just select how long I wanted it to run for. More and more technology isn't always a good thing. Programmes don't seem to do as they say. When selecting cupboard dry, I would anticipate the items being just that when the programme endeed. Not so.

+ This dryer can fit two loads of washing in at once it's so roomy! i find all the drying modes useful, and i like the way it will remind you to empty the water and filter.

- The water tank is quite heavy when it is full, however you can have it plumbed in which is a much better idea.
