- You cannot load plates properly into the bottom unit without the rotor blade hitting the plates. Therefore in my opinion its a poor design. Due to this fact you struggle to get a lot in the dishwasher. It will do a job but I wouldn't buy a similiar product or recommend this to anyone.

- It won't take STANDARD SIZED round dinner plates, is organised in such a way that it is full at least twice as often as my old machine. The racks continually fall off the runners. I bought it in a great hurry because our old dishwasher died in transit whilst we were moving house and I was thus seriously busy. I seriously regret not doing further research on it.

+ Amount of water and power used is pretty good. Very good choise of cycle times, the 1 hour one very handy with only 2 in the house hold. Very easy to use. Size at just under 600mm wide, was one of the few machines that would fit into a 600mm wide gap.

- Not as easy as some other machines we have had to load. Both racks seem a bit flimsy and can be hard to move in and out. The bottom one does not roll out onto the door with ease!

- We cannot fit more than 2 large dinner plates in otherwise the rotating water sprayer can't turn and the dishes are not well cleaned/ rinsed.
I am constantly re-washing dishes by hand to clean them!

- My dinner plates will not fit in at all unless I put them right at the back, facing the wrong way. Any nearer to the door and the rotating mechanism catches. This means that I can only put 2 dinner plates in the machine per cycle. Disappointing.

+ cleans even the toughest and stubborn roasting tins with ease. a good choice of wash cycles.everything comes out sparkling and extremly clean and dry everytime. the price of the dishwasher is very cheap considering the overall cleaning performance. i would recommend this product. great buy

- the programmes a little to long and the booklet doesn't tell you how long each cycle is which would be helpful. some people have complained that the bottom tray is not big enough to accommodate dinner plates, i also found that but you can pull out the top tray and attach it on to higher runners which then gives more room on the bottom tray to accommodate even the largest dinner plate. but overall in my opinion i don't think it has any major bad points.

- Doesn't wash/rinse properly. Leaves brown deposits on cutlery and it has never washed/rinsed a glass. All glasses are smeared. Very unhappy with product. This is my fourth dishwasher and definitely the worse.

+ This is the best dishwasher I've had. It is relatively quiet and the cleanliness of the dishes is excellent.

- I don't find it very easy to load. The bottom shelf is not as deep as other washers I've had, so I have to be careful which items I put on there.

+ Large drum easily loading and you can stop the cycle and open the door if you have dropped an item on the way to the machine or found something you want to add to the wash once you have started it. Nice and quiet too.

- the top drawer is positioned too low and so the water spinner that is attached to the top drawer hits dinner plates in the bottom drawer if they are placed in the plate racks. Which means we have to lie the dinner plates flat and so this limits the amount of space, we can't get all the dishes from a meal for a family of 4 into the dishwasher together and so we have to do two cycles. would not purchase this again-very disappointed with it.

- Really disappointed, followed the instructions to the letter and still the dishes and particularly the glasses are coming out dirty!!!! Never had this problem with previous dishwashers, very upset!!!!

+ The wash cycles are very good and things come out clean, the normal wash is quick and resonably quiet. It has good indercators on to let you know when salt and rinceaid are low. It's easy to use.The machine was fantastic value for money

- The machine is slightly awkward to load, but not a big problem and the good outweigh the bad.

- design of loading racks, unable to fit a small baking tray as space between each section is too narrow only sufficient for plates.

- The top tray where you load cups is not wide enough, cups tend to protude over the next ledge as they are stepped. If you place plates in the top tray then you lose a cup shelf.

- Quick wash cycle takes almost 2 hours?? Normal wash takes just under 1 hour.
With upper tray at low level can wash all mugs and glasses but can't fit large dinner plates below. If adjust to fit dinner plates then can't fit larger mugs and glasses so need to keep altering upper tray or leave some items out of wash.

- We bought the machine based on the energy efficiency but find that we can load far less in the machine that our previous machine, top tray holds half the capacity. Poor layout in bottom tray, plates do not fit, angle all wrong. Cleaning is far less efficient as plates are stacked too closely together and frequently need handwashing. Cutlery does not come out clean. Most disappointing.

- Doesn't seem to be enough distance between lower/top baskets to clean large dinner plates. The rotating arm catches on the top of the plates unless they are placed in the bottom basket leaning towards the front of the dishwasher.

- It is very hard to load with the lay out of the trays and baskets - not happy.
Meant to be quiet but it is noisier than the 12 year old one we got rid off!

+ 1. Excellent choice of cycles, including Rapid wash (which i use day to day) and Pre-rinse 2. Easy to read/understand instructions for setup and maintenance 3. LED display lights on the front of the washer so you can work out the cycle's progress (pre-rinse : wash : rinse : dry)

- 1. Although full size plates will fit into the machine, regular size chopping boards do not, and if not loaded in a very precise way they can stop the spraying arm inside from rotating (obviously this also applies to baking trays etc) 2. From being switched on for the first time, the main LED Power display light on the front of the machine has not worked (not a huge problem because the 4 LED cycle progress display lights let you know the progress of the cycle - but it is still a fault which i can't be bothered to try and get fixed because it will quite possibly involve money, time and having to organise a 'convenient' time window for an engineer to come and visit 3. Whilst the washing cycles (even the Rapid wash cycle which i use all the time) seem to be very good at cleaning, drying seems to be very poor and most of what i unload from the dishwasher has to be wiped over with a tea towel to remove excess water droplets

+ It works quite well and it is good value for money. It also looks nice and has a good choice of wash cycles.

- I think the overall capacity is smaller than our last one. You also can't put large plates in upright as there isn't room between the basket and the washer. Because of that we lay them flatter and they don't wash so well. The lights for salt and rinseaid are constantly on although we have loaded both these things so I'm not sure if this is right or not.

+ wash cycle on rapid is done in aprox 30mins

- intense cycle takes 2 1/2 hrs and takes crome from handles

+ Very good performance, even rapid wash gets everything really clean.

- Only one, our square plates (that are an average size) do not fit in without hitting the part that spins round below the top shelf.
