The trays are badly designed, we have to angle the dinner plates as they are standard plates but too tall for the bottom rack and stop the washer blade. I really regret buying this dishwasher as loading it everynight is a nightmare, the top rack consists of little shelves, no use what so ever, there is no dividers, and so the glass and cups are all balanced together and has resulted in some breakages. Plus because it is so difficult to load we are ending up with a lot of unclear plates etc and then have to spend the time washing them in the sink. I would seriously would recommend not purchasing this dishwasher.

Upper shelf was set in 'low' position when delivered which meant the dinner plates didn't fit easily. Very upsetting until we realised that the shelf could be moved - abolutely no mention of this in the instructions.

takes over 3 hours for a normal cycle and still did not remove food from the last meal to be put in. Light flashes constantly when machine working which is very annoying. Inside of drum never dries completely (even when door left completely open, so prone to becoming smelly. My old machine took 1 hour 20 minutes to clean and dry, the machine was completely dry inside at the end of each cycle, I wish it still worked..
How can this be energy efficient

It matches my washing machine and loads front to back. It has an acceptable range of cycles and is fairly easy to clean
-
It has a lack of height for the bottom tray causing my dinner plates to stop the arm turning. Loading pans and serving dishes also takes much more space than in my previous dishwasher because they have to be laid at an angle that covers most of the tray. I have several different styles of dinner plate and they all cause the arm to halt. If the arm is slightly restricted in any way the load does not wash properly and scum deposits are left especially in the cups and glasses on the toptray

I have run the quick wash cycle twice and it failed to clean plates and cups. The cups came out dirtier and had to be hand washed. The upper tray is too low for a 10 inch plate and some of my cutlery - ordinaty cutlery, not big knives. The instructions say the upper tray can be made higher by using bigger rollers, but they don't provide these. I am going to try a full wash, but so far very disappointing.

It's difficult to load - dinner plates only fit in one area of the top rack and brush against the seal and the gaps for bowls and plates are not wide enough. We have found the cleaning performance poor, having to increase the level of salt to the highest level and still having to regularly re-wash or hand-wash items. Very disappointing.

Almost all dinner plates are too large for the bottom tray and therefore the spinning arm catches or gets completely stuck on them. Also bottom tray about 1cm too small width ways and therefore when puching tray back into dishwasher after loading it falls off runners and gets stuck.

Often find dirty bits in cups and mugs. Its difficult to load. The cutlery gets caught around the handle. We didn't know the top tray could be raised for size of plates in the lower tray, there were no instructions about altering it in the manual so for the first few days washing our plates were being hit by the rotor arm. My husband was the one who noticed the two sets of wheels and just tried it to see what they were for. Now the top tray is raised we can't use the flap down sides for small cups, the room above is far too shallow.

Plastic sprayer seems flimsy, compared to previous metal one.
Space isn't as good as my previous one - can't put baking trays upright on bottom or top although quite useful being able to put dinner plates on the top, which I couldn't do before but, generally, would want more space on the bottom.
Caked on baking trays not properly cleaned, even on intensive wash.

quick wash is very quick and good! you can also make the cycles faster by attaching the hose to the hot water inlet (see instructions that come with item).
dont agree with the poor reviews re: top tray, as its height adjustable which is really easy to do as top tray has 2 sets of wheels on, just take clip off the ends of the bar & move it up! and can also move back down depending on what you need....... dead easy if you bother to read the instructions!

The cleaning performance is far inferior to the two other dishwashers I have had in the past and does not get the dishes and crockery totally clean. I have had to do a double wash on a number of occassions where food has been left dried on and stains have embedded in glasses and cups, where they haven't been rinsed properly. The top basket is totally inadequate for tall glasses or glasses with stems and there are always droplets of water still lingering after the cycle has finished so the drying cycle is totally inadequate too.
I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I am really disappointed with this product and am seriously thinking of returning it for my previous make.
