- The Pet Hair & Allergen Remover Brush sticks out and tends to knock into furniture and fall off, not a big problem, I just remove before hoovering.

- If I had to make one comment it would be that for me the carrying handle could be a fraction larger as I find the cable takes up too much room when wound round it, but this is a minor factor compared to the rest of the model and performance.

- except for the fact that the front is very fickle and could easily break if not taken off carefully I have not found any

- Too heavy. Poor design for the mini cleaner, it often catches on door pillars, falls off its small pedastle and breaks into pieces. A nuisance to put it back together again. Overbalances easily when using thje hose.

+ Suction is very good and the machine is lighter than most vacuums.

- The design is not very clever - the top half is too heavy for the base and unless you prop it against a wall when not in use, it is inclined to fall over. This, in turn, affects the handle for picking the Hoover up. As the machine needs supporting, it has to be stored with the handle facing the wall and this makes it difficult to pick up/manoevre.

+ I have a cream Labradoodle who moults and a terracotta carpet !! mad I know but this Hoover realy does pick up all the dood hair

+ This is an update of a previous Hoover we had with the dust collection much improved. It picks up easily with good suction and is not to difficult to push. Very good value and of course it is a genuine `Hoover`.

- As all upright vacs it can be pulled over if you are not careful but I found this was not an issue.
Dust container does not hold alot and needs to be emptied more often although it is an easy task

- the chamber is too small and has to be emptyied all the time and its alot of bither with all the compartments to take apart just to empty it loses suction after only a little use

+ Just generally happy overall with this vacuum - it's ease of use, the many different settings and functions and the way it does the job so well. It's by far the best vacuum I've had!

- I'd say the only downside for me is having to wash the filter after every 4 'empties' of the dust box, but that is really my only teeny, weeny moan!

- The pipe does not always reach as far as it should as it keeps getting caught on the hoover, which can be irritating when you are trying to get in the hard to reach corners.
