Undoubtedly a powerful machine, and cleans right to the edge very well.
-
The design is extremely poor. The balance of the machine is tilted backwards making it prone to falling over. I hadn't even used the machine before it fell over and broke one of the attachments. On the second time of using it, it fell over again and smashed the glass front of bookcase. It even fell over when using the stair attachment which is meant to stabilize it, resulting in that attachment being broken! I have given up using this machine and reverted back to my now repaired Dyson, a much better machine all round.

If I were totally honest, there are no good points about this hoover.
-
The suction rate is very weak and therefore struggles to pick up dust, the tool storage areas are not very adequate, the stabaliser on the back of the hoover is ineffective and the overall design makes it lopsided and easy to topple. If I had my choice again I would give this model a wide berth.Such is my disappointment with this model, I am considering purchasing a different hoover altogether.

The filter system and the bag-less dust collection are very good, as is the performance.
-
The handle release button is very stiff and the actual mechanism appears very flimsy. A more serious problem; when the handle is locked in the upright position, the machine is not that stable and is easily knocked over backwards. This appears to be due to the weight of the cable, hose and tools that are carried on the back of the machine. As stated the machine actually cleans very well, pity a small design fault spoils the overall picture.

I have a Hoover dishwasher and washing machine so bought the vaccumn but itis very disappointing. The stair attachment brush no longer goes round, and although I vaccumn every day so don't have any build up of hairs etc. hardley anything collects in the bag, all that happens is everything collects around the filter through to the pipe and it all clogs up. I bought the hoover because it had 2,000 watts of power and was good for pet hair but it has been a complete waste of money. If I could afford to replace it I woud, it is the worst vaccumn I have ever had.

Interior design is awful. When collecting dust it has to pass various filters with the major problem being:
1) The dust 'waste' unit is far to small.
2) At the top of the 'waste' unit there is a filter, the area that is available for the dust to pass through is way too small! Human hairs will get entangled around the small red cylinder filter and blocks the passage hence the dust cannot pass into the waste unit. This hoover is supposedly designed with the purpous of collecting animal hairs - no chance! Also it is designed to be good for people who suffer with asthma (like myself) - I have to empty the waste unit each time I hoover and un-block the filter - certainly does not do my lungs any good!
3) You are meant to wash the 'red' filter each time you empty the waste unit, and there is another filter that you wash every 5 empties - I spend more time cleaning the Hoover than I do hoovering the carpets!

The Hoover states it is for pet hair, but I have a dog and it's a nightmare. When the hair is picked up it clogs the filter and collection box, so you are forever having to stop and start. The Turbo head again meant to be great for pet hair is useless, it's designed for the stairs but the tension on the joining plastic of the attachment to the pipe has caused mine to crack the attachment. The Hoover has also got a hard floor option which yes it makes the dirt disappear, but instead of sucking the dirt up it blows it to the sides.
