+ Good build quality
USB connection for interface with MP3 player is excellent and displays track number and album.
Sound quality

- The main unit comes in two bits, connected by a ribbon cable, this could do with being an inch longer to allow the units to sit ide by side rather than just stacked

+ This was bought for my 16 year old son's birthday, so these are his words....Excellent stereo for dance/bass/rock notes. I was impressed by how easy it is to edit the sound. Fantastic when linked up to an xbox.

- If I ever lost the remote control I'd be unable to use this stereo, as there's very few buttons on it to operate manually.

+ it's got a nice enough design. and sound is ok for the price.

- the two major bad points for this were that if you listen to a CD where one track continues on into the next track without a pause this will be ruined by this system which decides there needs to be a pause between every track, so it'll completely ruin a lot of albums and break the flow of them, which is just sacrilege really. The other one, not slightly as awful but still annoying is that if you listen to anything remotely ambient or quiet, you'll be able to hear the cd spinning and whirring, as it's quite noisy, and not virtually silent like a lot of other systems in the price range manage to do. Needless to say I think these two glaring problems with this system warrant me giving it 1/10. Any other redeeming qualities are nullified by these problems.
I've since returned this item and bought a sony system that doesnt have either of these problems and has better sound quality and was £15 cheaper.
