It's very nice designed, good value for money. Looks good on my desk. Easy to carry, perfect weight.
-
There is no volume buttons or maybe there are but I didn't find them yet. The buttons should be easy to find on the keyboard. The laptop itself is a bit to slow and sometimes stuck for couple of seconds without any reason. Or if I click right mouse button I have to wait couple of seconds for any response.

Nice sized screen and good sized keyboard for me - first time computer user.
-
Not supplied with much in the way of software. I think computers should come with more for beginners with perhaps a CD rom teaching people all the basics there and then. That would be very useful.
