+ It is faster than the usual printers and has the advantage of doing double sided printing.

- the instructions for double sided printing is not obvious. The cartridges are very expensive. They do not last as long as I had hoped. I believe this product would sell better if the cartridges were cheaper.

+ - Excellent print speed
- Fully automatic double-sided printing is a real bonus!
- Relatively easy to install from CD (with no unwanted software!)
- Excellent web-interface for checking consumables (toner level etc.)

- - Duplex (double-sided printing) capabilities do add to the price
- No built-in network connectivity
