+ good clear screen, easy naviation.
- I loved the convience of the product but the guide that came with it was useless. I am unable to connect to the internet and use wifi after considerable amounts of time reading up and tweaking the item. you have to be be really good with IT and set ups to get this product to do what you want and without a IT technician at your beck and call its useless.

+ Good screen, good software included, good compatibility
- after 3 weeks needed new motherboard, after 4 months vibrator broke, you cannot use keyboard short cut to lock keys, not enough internal ram, it takes ages for voice to come through when you answer a call, media player does not play windows video, has to be converted, I would recomend a laptop and a mobile phone any day.

+ Very presentable executive look. Presents all functions necessary for work away from office. Big screen allows for userfriendly readability. Strong and withstanding stresses including physical
- Could have been smaller. Not available on shelves in most countries, and other useful products must take long to receive when required. Could have a stronger camera quality (higher resolution). Volume quality rathr low.

+ The synchronization is very good and saves lots of time, the device is generally very easy to use and is a convenient size to carry. It's great that it is not locked into any mobile phone provider as this gives maximum flexibility of choice. The phone is easy to use and the virtual phone keypad has large numbers, making fingertip use as easy as stylus use. Connection to the Internet has been problem free, and using Word and Excel has been easy. The default font is very clear, even the small size, and can easily be changed to a larger size. There seem to be lots of pocket pc 'extras' available, giving a wide choice of personalization of the device.

Setting up WiFi has been somewhat problematical, I haven't got it worked out yet. I find configuring the settings difficult to understand, not being in any way a 'techie'. Simpler set up here would be appreciated. The handbook is reasonably clear, but could be a bit more helpful in this section.
I haven't explored the camera and video operation yet, so can't comment on this except to say that it looks straightforward enough.
