+ ease of movement, no flashy gismo's hanging off of it, it's light, especially like the long flex, prefere the wind motion to rewind the cable, always found that the automatic kind never work for long, and he's a little friend i do actually speak to him,!

- clip to keep attachments on are quite weak, storage of any kind of that design is not great. (not just the Henry design)

+ Henry is the best vacuum i have ever used and find using this product cuts my hoovering time in half. The extra long electric cable makes getting into every room fantastically easy, plus I find Im not having to empty Henry as often as my usual vacuum cleaner.

- I can't say Ive found any bad points with my Henry hoover.

+ After trying many different vacuum cleaners I decided to buy a Henry and have been really pleased. It was better than I imagined. Despite low wattage it is srtonger than all the others I have ever had. Straight forward, no messing, good suction, reliable vacuum. Don't be put off by the use of bags too. It's great.

+ it sucks properly!! Need I say any more? Extra long power cord is extremely helpful too. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I used one of these when I worked in a sports centre a number of years ago and I think it is a testimony to the excellent design that Henry continues to be used in many commercial environments - just ask a cleaner.
