Game of Life - Twists & Turns

+ A fantastic game to involve the whole family. A little bit of luck involved, but also takes some thought and planning.

- Some of the cards deal out pretty bad luck, so we just skip over those!!

+ My grown up family originally received this box game as a gift last christmas, we found the entertainment value first class. Hence the reason for me buying another game to give as a present to another family this christmas.

+ Teaches children about the need to take each step at a time in life (ie get a good education, a good job and then you have the necessary ressources to have a family or just have a good time).

+ It has a different spin on old game.

- Too confusing for 8 year olds. Confusing for adults aswell. Bring back good old money and cards.

+ You can choose by how long a game you want to play by selecting the amount of years. The electronic version is better than the origional game, also there are no fiddly pieces to get lost and everything is pretty sturdy.

- Hate having to read the instructions and I nearly had a moment where I thought oh no this is going to be too complicated but once my husband re-read them to me and my son (he's 12) it was very straightforward.
