+ 100% compatability with all my home AV equipment. Easy to use and 1 touch for most most operations. TV on, TV to HDMI 2, Blu Ray on, AV Amp on, AV Amp source Blu Ray, AV Volume all from 1 easy press of Play DVD.
I have not used any of the other remots since the day I bought my Harmony 1

- Cost is high but it is worth it. Programming is logical but finding the exact model of your equipment is inportant. Well worth the effort required to programme correctly

+ Reasonably easy to set up and set up in the computers memory so if you break one, it's easy to set up a replacement

- Blutooth woulid have made this product 10/10.

+ Incredibly versatile. Well thought out. Superb design with recharge facility on base. Online setup well planned and help facility very good.

- Easy to setup main functions but time consuming to adjust for all functions.
Suggestion for Logitech. - In fine adjustments to settings it is possible mess up the operation. A roll back to previous setting would be good

+ Great build quality, great compatibility, and really nice touch screen.

- None to talk about

+ Too many to record here! and I1m short of time.

- Believe me I haven`t found any.

+ easy to programme; it took minutes. help button on control has always fixed minor 'hickups'

- red/blue/yellow/green buttons on touch screen. works fine but is a little counter intuative.
