George Forman 14054 Mega Health Grill

+ Easy to use,easy to clean, serves its purpose I wanted a grill that would be ideal for 2 as well as ideal when family come to visit. Definitely much better than my previous one whch was a chef's named one.

- I have purchased several George Foreman's before and the quality of this one is far below the quality of the previous ones. I have gone as far as to tell friends to look before buying as I feel the product has detiorated drastically in quality.

+ Fantastic, gets used everyday, can even cook ovenchips. Need to buy a decent size though, the small ones are a waste of time. This is the 3rd one i have bought.

- The none stick surface can be difficult to clean particularly as grill gets older, and the drip tray does tend to dribble.

+ The large size means I can easily cook for the three of us. It also heats up quickly and is very easy to clean.

+ It is a healthier way to cook the food and you can see as to how much fat you are not digesting by looking in the drip trays.

- It does not have a timer on so you have to judge as to when the food is cooked - they are better with timers.
Thought that with the word "Mega" the grill would be a lot bigger than it actually is.

+ Its a very good size, adequate for a four person family. Food cooks extremely fast....great for hungry children!! Easy to clean, I wipe over with a piece of kitchen roll when slightly warm, comes off a treat!!

+ Brilliant performance and the food cooked takes much lesser time than the conventional oven or grill. Taste of the food is also much better. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a healthy cooking. I have cooked all sorts of food and am pleased with the result. I have grilled kebabs, chicken, fish & vegetables and all of the food has come out with a brilliant result. It can cook 6 servings in one go. Buy It.

- Undetachable plates, which needs to be cleaned on the machine. No timer and if one is not careful it will over cook the food.

- When I bought this I didn't realise it didn't have a temperature control and I find that it cooks things far too quickly and even burns things.

The food can be left fairly safely to just about get on with it.
I use it often when I want bacon or sausage for perfect results every time

- If you dont clean it straight after use it can become a bit of a pain to get bacon off the grill.

- There is no control over the heat - it just gets very warm, so you have to watch food placed in it or it burn very quickly.

- would be better with a turn-down button as gets very hot

+ Cooks food right through very quickly saving time and energy. Most of fat removed during cooking making it a healthy optin. Gives food a lovely char grilled flavour.

- No easy to carry if yo want ot move it. Drip tray not attached to grill so easily knocked out of position by accident.
