+ Nice look and design, finds satellites quickly, recalculates quickly if you go off track, voice speaks street names well.

- Despite being 2008 maps they are not very up to date, streets near me about 4/5 years old not in it yet ! Although it will always get you there some of the route suggestions leave a lot to be desired.

+ Having used a satnav only once or twice before buying this one, I found that the Garmin took me where I wanted to go not not where it wanted to take me. The navigation was accurate every time to the foot not a hundred metres out. I was told about turns in advance and the turn was where it was shown. The system is easy to use once the brain figures out the which button to touch.

- To date I haven't found any bad points, it does exactly what the brochure says it can do.

+ very fast recalculating new route. This is my third satnav and is the best yet.

+ Very easy to use, spoken names of the streets is a great feature but the best bit is that it speaks the name of the destination you set as favourite. There whole product is brilliant and I highly recommend.

- When you first purchase it charge it up fully then perform any updates etc as they dont work properly and you lose your maps. The reload maps after this takes an absolute age nearly two hours. This is only bad point
