+ Easy to use and quick to recalibrate. Directions usually pretty clear

- Disappointed that the maps are at least a year out of date in terms of new roads and roundabouts which clearly have not 'sprung up' in the last week or two. I expected better

+ as a first sat nav we found very easy to use. we bought to go on holiday in devon and found it made life much easier.

- doesn't come with a mains charger but they can be bought seperatly.
tells you to turn off when going around corners nothing major!
