+ From switch on it is easy to load up. Basically plug and play. Clear instructions. Warns of speed cameras and beeps if you are speeding. Can turn noise off though. All round very good. Would recommend.

- It doesn't know the difference between turn and bare, this can lead to wrong turns if there's a junction coming up because it always says TURN. Therefore it's necessary to check the map instead of relying on the voice instructions.

+ Very easy to set up, very quick at recaculating the route if you take a wrong turn. Offers lots of options when looking for fuel or shopping.

- The road information is not as up-to-date as it could be. It can be updated on-line but I have not investigated the cost.

- Sometimes confuses keep/bear left with turn left, etc. but quickly recalculates if you miss a turn or turn too soon.

+ It's a really easy to read screen, it's a nice big size and I love that there is the option to actually stick it indefinitely to the dashboard with the special disc enclosed ... instead of constantly having to re-stick it to the window where it falls off if the heater's on (like previous ones I've had).

- It's not *always* as accurate as it could be. On it's first test run, I put my postcode and number in and it took me "almost" there, but wouldn't get my actual address. Most of the time, it's spot on but there have been a couple of similar incidents where it always gets you to the right area, just not your exact location. I've never encountered that before with a sat nav, but it was a brilliant price and it's usually a few doors down from where you're looking for ... so I'm happy with it overall.

- Sound should be easier to turn on and off without going through the menu system. Speed camera warning is incredibly annoying because it picks up cameras on adjacent roads (particularly on motorway).
