Garmin Nuvi 205WT

+ Clear screen easily seen.Intuitive ease of use.I found the speed limit warnings useful and was surprised to see temporary Average Speed Limit warnings flash up on screen where found. I bought the carrying case which easily slips into the pocket when away from the car.

- No full instruction manual with the product.Some maps very out of date where road improvements several years old were not updated.Additionally points of interest/petrol stations/supermarket prompts not always reliable.Perhaps these can be refreshed on a download which I have not tried yet.

+ Great navigation and desing. Good directions on screen and very accurate when travelling.

- Not to easy to sort out the options for switching motorway etc on / off but I have only had it for a few weeks so I'm sure it will get easier with experience.

- Not absolutely up-to-date on all roads. It has trouble with the A30 in Cornwall.

+ Easy to use, generally clear in daylight.

- Faster route often takes me through some odd places.

+ Excellent product - bought it as I wanted to use it in the USA. Easy to buy SD card for use in USA and found it to be one of the best products I've bought

+ Very easy and simple to use. Looked at several manufactures of Sat Nav and the Garmin came out on top each time.

- So many different models to pick from, found it hard to choose the right model...

- speed camera warnings out of date ie M1

+ So easy to use, you don't even need the manual for most things.
Even use it when I know where I'm going for the traffic information and then let it take me on a diversion if traffic info shows there will be delays.

- Needs a button on main map screen to mute volume for the part of the journey you know where you're going and then press this again when you need verbal directions.
Would be nice to have a 'how do I get from a - b when I'm actually at c".

+ Easy to use & good value for money

+ Once i had read the instruction booklet ( on line) it was very easy to get up and running with it.

- The start up booklet is only a few sheets long so i flet there must be more to know . Downloading the booklet on the Net might be daunting to some customers.

+ Only used it a few times but it has got me to my destination with no major problems. Easy to use and mount in your car.

- Not 100% accurate with getting you to your desired location but didn't expect it to be. As long as you use a bit of common sense aswell as the sat nav, you should be fine!

+ easy to use very slim and compact I bought it to replace a tom tom one XL which I was very disapointed in, so far my Garmin has worked very well.
