Animation Station

+ A very imaginative and fun piece of equipment, which although basic, gives a good starting point for creating simple animations. The possibilities are endless, and you can always add your own extra scenery, and use different props other than plasticine. Very easy to use.

- You definately need to buy an AC/DC 5V main adapter to use with is as the AA batteries dont even last long enough to make one animation. Also, I would recommend an SD card too as the memory on the machine does not save your animation once it is switched off which is very frustrating.

+ It has keep my 10 year old busy for hours making different films. He loves it!

- The batteries don't last long at all!!! Should really come with an adapter. Also make sure you get a SD memory card otherwise there maybe tears when their hard work can't be saved if you don't have one.

+ The bst thing about this product is the fact that you can use an SD card to increase the memory and number of frames, this wasn't obvious when we ordered.

- Relatively cheap construction, doesn't feel like it would last long if younger children used it unsupervised.

+ good toy, kids and adults have fun with this item

- no power supply with this item, batteries do not last long so would recommend getting a power supply, instructions are a bit misleading regarding the SD card.

+ Looks good and well built animation stand

- Poor picture quality - Has to be used with a TV, which is really annoying when you want to use it with a PC as I did, the software you get with it for the PC is pointless, it's only a player, no editing options. Very poor.

+ Great value, superb product to keep kids occupied

+ Bought for my 10 year old nephew. he absolutely loves it and spends ages making really good films! Much better for him than spending time on the playstation, a very good creative toy!

+ This is a brilliant piece of equipment and ideal for my young brother who has an animation class. Myself and my sister (27 and 21 respectively) had great fun making a video from post-it notes for our mother to show her how it worked - which was on our TV screen minutes after we opened the box. It plugs right into the tv so you can record you movies without even using a computer, it also has a slot for an SD so you can record more movies - and move them around that way. Overall very impressed especially since it was reduced on Gadget shop when I bought it. Would definitely recommend this produce

- I felt I might break it when I was getting it out of the box as the camera tilts and moves from side to side - but then I am clumsy :)
