+ Easily removed see through basket a very good feature, as my previous shredder did not feature this and consequently kept getting paper jammed and shredder subsequently burnt out. Cuts staples and credit cards as promised and performing very well so far, although not had it long. So for that reason only, not quite 10 out of 10.

- When removing the basket the odd shred appears to miss the basket and lies at bottom of the shredder and if you shred often you get a little dust but these really are minor quibbles.

+ Smooth and quick in operation. Easily copes with 11 sheets at a time. Large storage capaciry, easy to see when full. Light and stylish. Safety sensor means small fingers can't get caught!

- A little noisy. Will only operate for five minutes at a time before cutting out. Needs oiling after every bin full.
