+ speaker is loud, comes with memory stick, ive had the w800i with the same size meomory stick since september last year and still havnt filled it! nice size, buttons easy to use. looks good, easily gets lost in a bag if it has a black lining thow... got buttons to enter your favourite things and your music on the fone so you dont have to scroll through menus.

- camera is good but would be better if it had a switch like the w8ooi to close over when not in use to protet the camera.

+ This phone is compact, but has lots of features. The screen is excellent.

- The only thing I would like to see is the handset being a bit more robust; I haven't dropped it yet, but it looks like it would break easily.

+ This is a great phone, easy to use, all the features I want. The camera is pretty goods quality and the walkman part is excellent. I love my phone.

- keys are too small if you have big fingers,no cover on the camera lens so a cover should be used.Could have done with a larger memory but the cards can be bought seperatly if you wish to store more songs.

+ the camera is the best i have had on a phone, the clarity on close-up pictures is great especially having a light. the menu selection is quick,none of the waiting aroung for your inbox or contacts to load! the key pad is easy to use, very responcive.

- you cant help the feeling that your missing something with this phone, just feels a touch basic wen going through the menus. thats about as bad as it gets!

+ A very crisp and bright screen, the radio and MP3 player are excellent with cheap memory sticks available. Auto dialing and predictive text are greatly improved and features I now use. The web browsing works OK but the screen is a little small but bright. Battery life is very good, 6 days between charges. Although this is a 2meg camera the quality has improved on previous versions.

- Camera cover has been removed which means the lense now gets dirty. The short cut key is to close and keeps getting in the way, if I could remove it I would I have noticed that I have become very accurate when using the right navigation buttons. A little thick. Web browsing not the best, but this is a phone and not a PDA or laptop.
