- The phone continually switches itself off and then on again - sometimes in mid conversation which is becoming increasingly annoying!!

- Found software and menu navigation very difficult and cumbersome. Keypad not easy to use. Perhaps I expected more than it was able to deliver, but I don't like the phone at all.

+ I love the alin one nature of it, I practically run my business from this phone now.

- I have had real trouble synchronising with my PC by Bluetooth.

+ The Phone is feature full, thee is so much you can do with the phone im always finding new things to do with it.

- its almost useless, the software on it is buggy, it resets itself randomly to improve performance, even when your not touching it. it crashes at the thought of running notepad and anything else. the camera is great, but it takes nearly 15 seconds to open, and then navigation round the touch screen controls are a bit confusing. at first the design was fun, but after a while the flip pad was getting caught on trouser pockets and everything else. removing it left me with a full qwerty keypad which i couldnt use as my average sized fingers were too big.overall the phone does not live up to any of my expectations

- The latch where the memory card is, got broken after 2 minutes of use. Battery is not that good. Very slow.

+ Voice recorder now easier to use when set to internet button compared to 910i. text mewssage receipt now automatic. Does everything I need and waseasy to learn. Better base connector.

- Would like a larger screen, deleting blocks of messages is fiddly, would like interchageable colours. Cannot use standard earphones or speakers with small jack.

- slow start up, poor battery, way over complicated for simple mattters, the 900i was mich easier to use.
