+ It is quicker than previous phone for texting
- You need to be very au fait with email set up and technical side of things to use this phone to its full capacity. Very poor visibility of screen outdoors in fact impossible. Keeps crashing and telling you to contact system administrator have to keep turning it off and rebooting it.

+ Neat Symbian OS although a tad slow. Built in bluetoooth means I can connect a GPS and with Wayfinder etc. This phone replaces my iPod, Palm, mobile phone and Navman GPS and I have 24hr web access! The keyboard is quite easy to use if you don't want to write. I'm constantly surprised by the amount and diversity of the words built into the software. No camera but that's not a bad thing. Cameras on phones have only just got to the stage where you can take them seriously. I don't know of one that'll equal my Nikon DSLR yet - but then again I can't get a DSLR in my pocket! Web software is OK but could be faster. I'd like a 'refresh' button
- Software. The music software is pants. VERY difficult to import from my iBook (apparently Mark/Space will cure that soon). Would like to have icons on the screen rather than a sidebar without having to rely on 3rd party software
