+ It is a great phone, with many excellent features. I love the ease of use and the camera is amazing!! It's so easy to go online as well, no hassle, user friendly phone!!

- I only had one problem where a button fell out from the phone. However it was resolved in less than 24hrs so I have no complaints whatsoever!!!

+ Camera: The Cybershot camera on this phone is far superior to the other makes out there, Samsung, Nokia etc. The Cybershot software gives you the quality and feel of having a normal 3.2 camera on you. The phones 3G so the software is very fast when accessing the internet and your emails, it runs most applications such as Yahoo Go, Shozu, Flurry etc and the music player is the normal type that you would expect from the Sony franchise, the style of the phone is very modern front design and it's authentic rear camera look

- it takes a while to get used to the small round keys but you do adapt to them after a while

+ The camera is very good and the hands free but thats about it . I like Sony phones so the basic features are good but give me the 750i range anytime!

- You cannot see the numbers or letters on the keypad which make it really hard and slow to use. Don't get this phone if you need to see the keypad to do texts or dial!

+ Everything, i love this phone its brilliant. I have had nearly every make phone going and this is by far the best. The quality of the pictures are great. The battery life is good, i charge it throughout the night and it will last 3/4 days (without playing music or games) which is brilliant as i was charging my old D900 every night!

- Finger prints etc show on the screen which really annoys me as im constantly cleaning it

+ The phone is easy to use has great features and is generally well built. The camera and functions are fantastic. Who needs a compact digital camer anymore? The picture quality without the zoom is superb. The phone is sturdy and not damaged too easily. The screen is large and bright. Radio, MP3 storage etc are all easy to use and the unit produces a decent sound quality.

- The wap browsing is terribly slow considering this is a 3G phone. The picture quality on the camera is not great with zoom applied.

- Poor video. No torch as on previouse models. Too many buttons used to try and get you on the net, would be better used as other shortcut keys.

- bad signal. besides camera,i find this phone like phones i had 5 years ago.i have stopped useing it now and gone back to my 4 year old c500 smart phone it has much better features and software.and is smaller,and lighter.im thinking about selling k810 as my wife dont like it either.

- The keypad buttons are a bit small and uncomfortable to use . the positioning of the internet button is crazy .

+ Phone is easy to navigate also phones features are easily accessed and used. Brilliant camera and flash combined creates great quality pictures. Phones media system (music, videos etc) easy to use, sound qulaity is good.

- Internet key is in an innapropraite place, if keypad not locked it often catches in pocket and accesses the internet without anyone knowing. keys are quite small but after frequent use got easier. joystick can be unreliable.

+ The camera...... particularly the zoom function and the face warp feature for playing around with the pictures. A great source of fun for me and my school mates at times. The memory card supplied is a pretty decent size too and it was included with the phone unlike some phones where it's an extra with some phones. Radio on the phone is pretty good with the headset (included) used as the antenna to get the signal.

- The buttons take a while to get used to particularly the menu navigation / back button which is a bit of a pain and a bit stiff on my phone. Although the loudspeaker is not particularly loud, it's ok but the sound quality is much better when using the headphones.

- i could not get volume on my phone calls & had to get a new charging unit fitted after only 6 weeks not really impressd with the phone at all

+ I FIND THE PHONE OK.CERTAIN FEATURES ON THE PHONE ARE GOOD LIKE THE CAMERA AND CERTAIN BITS OF SOFTWARE LIKE PHOTO DJ AND THE BLUETOOTH REMOTE CONTROL.

- THE KEYS ARE WAY TO SMALL. THE BATTERY DO NOT LAST AS LONG AS I THINK IT SHOULD.

- it could be smaller and I'd like to have a cybershot phone that is also a walkman phone not one or the other as is the case at the moment

+ Camera is very good

- Problems with camera pictures freezing; not fast enough at scrolling through pictures and distorted pictures i.e. pictures splitting in half. Video calling feature has never become useable until now, unable to video call new zealand although can receive video calls from NZ, no-one able to solve the problem yet?? Emoticons also appearing in text msgs when trying to write new texts although did not appear once viewed after sending.

+ Very user friendly phone. Love the keypad on the phone, very useable and strong. So many phones try to make stylish keypads but they need to realise that the keypads are used for a lot of SMSing and therefore, need to be user friendly. Example of a bad design is the K850i, horrible keypad.
Has a very good camera, love the rubbery back of the phone, which gets protection from scratches and dropping the phone. The menus are are easy, just a great alrounder.

- Can't think of any

+ Easy to use menu system, great camera, good ability to play java games, cool upgrades can be downloaded and lots more. And it still manages good battery life.

- Good camera flash - but no torch type light which is a pity as this would have been very useful. Some designer phones look nicer, but the k810 is by no means ugly. Screen scratches too easily - but I think this is the case with every phone on the market.

- if you have too many messages saved then the phone is very slow to respond to any keypad navigation - very annoying! had to delete all messages and phone then started working better. battery life is awful too!

- The phone constanly "locks up" when it is used, some times for 2 seconds but it can be up to 8 seconds, not very good when you are trying to answer a call!

- The keypad lock is useless - I constantly find myself unintentionally connected to the internet, or halfwy through a text.

- it's really big and clunky, the battery doesn't last very long at all, it has very few language dictionaries (only english for what i need, i also use italian and dutch often)

+ Still camera and video are good given the size of the phone. The file manager is easy to use. The screen is clear and bright. All around it seems that the phone is well put together and some of the new features a really useful.

- The battery won't last as long as an old LCD screen phone would, but it's to be expected given the colour screen and other features. The buttons could be fiddly for someone with large fingers.
