+ QUITE STRAIGHTFORWARD TO USE AND NAVIGATE ALL FUNCTIONS

- SEEM TO BE ALWAYS PUTTING IT ON CHARGE
SCREEN CAN BE DIFFICULT TO VEIW WHEN OUTSIDE IN SUNLIGHT
CANT SEEM TO FIND A CONNECTOR OR FITMENTS TO MAKE IT TURLY HANDS FREE IN THE CAR WHICH IS IMPORTANT

+ Good for music

- a bit big

+ great screen, camera, software, mp3, video, well everything really

- sony ericksen headphone port, sd card memory size limit

+ Camera features, loads of choice & ease of use with other features, great shortcut facility

- No way of adjusting time delay on backlight & goes off much too quickly (about 5 secs). Rather annoying at times.
Can't go into some sub menus for shortcuts which sometimes defeats the object

+ extremely multifunctional for a pocket sized gadget, huge storage capacity (with slot), pretty good pics with decent editing capability, video for capturing moments, great for organising yourself, decent screen size for browsing etc. actually it has a lot of plus points

- earphones aren't comfortable (like most basic earphones) and it has a sony ericsson attachment making them more difficult to swap out.

- Not really any Bad points about the phone. Its got a short battery life, but nothing major.

- Phone itself is large, which is a little annoying, and the shutter for the camera sometimes opens if you have it in a bag/pocket which drains the battery.

+ Camera is great and relatively easy to to download pics to my computer.

- I still haven't yet managed to work out how to use the mp3 player - I'm sure I will when I have some time..........

+ The camera takes great quality picture and easy to use.
The sound quality is really good both for downloaded music and the radio.
navigating around the menu is very easy and user friendly.

- The battery life dosn't seam to last that long even when I not using the phone except for the odd text, I find I'm charger the phone every other day! The camera lence cover can be easily slid open when handing the phone.

+ overall everything was just "ok".

- the joystick has a mind of its own.
the phone has a habit of crashing, you have to turn it off then back on to get it working.
memory only allows for about 20 messages in the inbox and sentbox.

+ Fantastic pictures with this camera, although they are always side ways. No problem though, when you download them to pc it's easily sorted. Really easy to use, you dont have to be a brain surgeon. Good sound quality for music. If you get a call or txt while writing a txt, the phone automatically saves the one you were writing. Excellent!

- Sometimes in middle of writing a txt, the camera comes on if you hit camera button by accident. The camera slider gets loose very quickly and slides open on its own and switches the camera on....that could be where my battery life is going! I haven't quite figured out the internet part yet, tried a few times but never got me where I wanted to, so have given up.

- Slide thing at the back is big so not a 'pocket' phone. Slide opens all the time. Goes automatically to camera if you press the silver button on the side- really annoying when texting because thats where your hand is!

+ The camera has some great features, although not a full blown digital camera its a perfect portable tool for the snaps and for email.

- I have come from a Nokia phone to this and the navigation could be better. Just needs getting use to.

- Unfortunately phone software decided to give up after about 2 months and battery life was really rubbish. Now prefer to have phone where keypad is enclosed like a flip phone.

- -The lens cover slides open when the phone is carried in pocket or bag.
-The response time when taking a photo after pressing the shutter is unreasonably long - the object of my snapshot has disppeared out of the frame by the time the shutter opens
- the quality of the photos in dim light is non-existent
I had bought this phone so that I could take snapshot when out and about - I find the camera feature very disappointing. I would have been better off buying a cheaper phone without a camera as this is so rubbish

- Battery life, not sure how to receive picture messages, I didn't get a free bluetooth with it as your survey suggests. Screen cover could be doing with a little bit stronger. I dropped the phone on the floor not long after receiving it and the screen is now cracked, okay I know it is my fault for dropping it, but mobile phones do get dropped in general.

+ Excellent camera - which is why I chose this particular phone.
Easy navigation and loads of features.

- Worst point I have found so far is that there is no automatic keylock which I am used to on the Nokia's, hence I keep calling people and connecting to the web (using up credit) in my pocket. I must get in the habbit of locking the keypad manually.
