+ very pleased with the performance of the printer and copier

+ Good points for this product is there is no hassle swapping and changing from scanner to printer and then wanting to a dozen copies run off as its all in one now. Its very user friendly and even the novice cant go wrong with it!

- As yet Ive still to find a bad point as Ive got that much out of mine, maybe the fact I keep getting asked if I can photocopy for everyone else now!! - just joking its great.

- i am have lots of problems with the compatability. To use the device i have to uninstall my webcam as my pc will not recognise both devices and then i have to reinstall all the software for my webcam afterwards.

+ Very fast in printing photographs.The print quality is excellent and print 10 times faster than my old printer. I like the thing about this printer is if one colour runs out before the others you do not have to change the whole colour cartridge, you just change the colour that as run out.

- I have found no bad things about this printer to date.

+ Combined features of Printer, Scanner and photo-copier all-in-one make this a "worthwhile-buy"! Very easy to install and use. Lots of options (not yet explored) for both scanner and printer.

- Quite noisy (if that bothers you). Unable to ascertain whether printing cartridges are long-lasting as I have only printed a few photos but I suspect, (in common with most printers) does use a fair amount of ink.

+ The quality of photo's when printing is very good. It's easy to use as there is a assistant mode that will talk you through step by step. Print cartridges are value for money and you can buy just the colour you need when ink runs out.
