- Instruction booklet not very comprehensive. Ink tanks don't last very long - but are cheap enough to replace.

Excellent printer with the quality to match. Leaves other makes and models for dead. Does what it says on the box.

- Colour reproductions is terrible. A copy of a photograph comes out greenish and not true to life. Complicated controls and not user friendly. I have since switched to an RX620

Would be better if it had a CD slot as most photos will be copied from memory card to CD for storage, but are then unprintable from this device.

- DOES NOT GIVE QUALITY PRINTS UNLESS GOOD QUALITY PHOTO PAPER USED, MY OLD PRINTER WAS GOOD ON ALL PAPERS CHEAP AS WELL AS EXPENSIVE, SO FOR GENERAL CARD MAKING AND CRAFT WORK IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE.

- the blank paper being at the back of the printer is very awkward in my set up.

Black ink ran out very quickly but the instructions promise that the second cartridge will last much longer. I hope so!

- If the print is stopped for any reason, EG no paper. It is a hell of a job to get the printer to resume printing. Usually the only way to start printing again is the turn off the computer and reboot.

- Uses many more toners than the older HP printer. However this maybe due to the additional printing now they have better quality.
