+ Easy to set up on network.

- Found instructions on how to install toner cartridges a little confusing. It appeared that you opened the end of the cartridg, exposing the toner prior to insertion.

+ Quality is good providing you use the fine settings. For internal use it would print is OK on default but for decent presentation you need fine.

- Included toner cartridges are already showing 50% full after only afew dozen pages. I hope that the included ones are special low capacity ones, purely to ship with the printer.

+ Easy to set up and run. Very good and intuitive instructions. Very good print quality and good speed.

- Mac updated their software just as we bought it rendering it incompatable. They fixed that a week later so we got up and running. But that is not your fault.
