+ Very slim, and has a nice screen.

- Keypad is a bit cheap, but this is a budget phone. Note that on Tesco Mobile / O2, the phone may ship with a broken version of the software, which locks the phone up if you miss an incoming call. This appears to be able to be fixed by asking customer services to stop sending automatic balance updates, though this advice does not come from them (they were pretty hopeless and knew nothing about what must be a very common issue).

- Whenever there is a missed call the screen freezes. The battery has to be removed and replaced and the phone turned back on to get it working again. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
