+ Easy to use and reliable. The Blue Tooth facility is excellent.

- No bad points really, but dark letters on a dark background can be difficult at times.

+ it's a good design, slim build so fits in pockets easily and even i worked out how to use it pretty quick !!

- the sound quality is really really bad, sorry but it is nearly impossible to hear someone on the phone when they call. Plus some more memory for bluetooth would be good

+ Is is a good, basic, compact phone with a camera, if you need it, which is not great quality but you would not expect that given the price.

- I often press the wrong buttons as the keypad is quite smooth.

+ The device works well without the folders / sms crashes I've read on the internet. I never had any crashes with this phone. It's very slim and the battery last for 5 days with 3 phones calls per day easily. Recharge time is around 3 hours so no problem there. phone has a radio and 3 games. I was after a phone to make phone calls and in that aspect it's perfect.

- Slow menu system. Sound quality could be a bit better. no mp3 players but as video recording capabilities (not fantastic). no external memory slots so you aren't going to store many pictures or videos...

- THE SOUND QUALITY IS VERY POOR. I CAN ONLY TALK ON THIS PHONE IN THE LOUD OPTION. OTHERWISE I CAN HARDLY HEAR A THING.

+ Simple easy to use basic mobile. Nothing fancy about the phone which makes it easier on the battery life and less likely to go faulty.

- If there was a bad point it would be the size of it, very thin which might mean it won't bounce to well.

+ It is a basic nokia, it does most of the things you would expect from a new phone although without any frills. Everything is easy to use and the design is very nice and compact

- The phones are free network, and is very good to make network chioce of your own.

- Battery on standby is quoted as 280 hours. Lucky if you get 28 hours. Battery needs charging every day.

+ Great, lightweight and functional. Represents fantastic value, and battery life is much better than nokia models much more expensive and chunky! Does what I need from a phone.

- Screen seems to scrape easily. That's about all I could say bad about it!

+ Looks good, nice screen, good software and features for a pretty cheap phone.

- Had mobiles with a better battery life. The menus were a little confusing at first, but ok once you figure them out. The main bad point is that the camera is shockingly poor! If that's the main feature for you then look elsewhere.

- I bought the phone thinking it would have better bluetooth but it doesn't. Also the memory on it isn't enough and when I looked into getting more memory I found out it doesn't have that facility. My friends try to send me things but there's not enough memory.
