+ Lightweight to use.

- The hose is very 'plasticy' and unflexible and too often comes disconnected at the base. The start pedal and handle release are the wrong way round (ie the start pedal would be better as the handle release) and it is extremelt fiddly winding the cord on and off the cord retainer between the hose. I haven't had it very long and already the vacuum is completely covered in dust. The worst vacuum I have ever bought - but then I did previously have a Dyson and you get what you pay for.

+ supplied with a good range of tools

- A variable speed would be preferable so that "softer" suck so that delicate fabrics can be vacuumed without drawing them into the machine.
The tool for use on soft fabrics keeps falling off its holder - not tight enough
cable is too short for reaching all rooms in house compared with other machines

+ On lowest setting will perform as basic hoover, price but you get what you pay for.

- Cable too short. Hose too short an rigid. Pet tool stops rotating as soon as you touch a carpet surface. On anything other that lowest height setting it will not pick up.
