- Suction at full speed is too powerful and end up jamming the filter system instantly resulting in no suction. The hoover pole is too long and you can't just detach the head, you have to detach the whole pole and head meaning that in you want to use it without the head, you have to be kneeling on the floor.

+ The variable power switch is a fantastic function. it's easy to empty the cylinder of waste. It's lightweight & easy to use. The 2000watts power gives great cleaning results, even on natural sisal flooring.

- The Hepa filter can get clogged a bit by the dirt, so making it slightly more work to empty. The metal attachment halfway up the extension pole can also catch/dent furniture.

- The performance of this hoover is very poor. It's suction is terrible. It does not pick up any small bits on a carpet and certainly doesn't pick up pet hair. I wouldn't recommed it to anyone. I've only had it a few months and am considering buying a different hoover
