+ All good EXCEPT the on-off switch and the foot pedal to allow the handle to come down. We bought it on line and retrospectively had we tried the unit in a shop we probably would not have bought it due to these two issues. We had to call out an engineer as we thought that there was a fault with this machine. His comments were that the design was not the old dyson quality and that he had raised these points before the machine was launched. For an organisation like DYSON this is a sign of the end in sight.

- not really a bad point as it's small but a slightly longer hose would be better. Took me a few uses to get used to the hose adaptation,
