+ Good suction, good at picking up hair.

- Doesn't hold much at all so have to clear out very regularly. The carpet heads are a bit strange as the suction is used purely to spin the rolling bar in the centre of the head, which is good for picking up hair but it's not great for dust, christmas tree needles etc. as the suction disappears out the side of the head through a valve.

+ Design to be compact for storage and it is.

- Appears not to be as powerful as our previous model.

+ price, look, ease of use, good tools, excellent for small storage space, lightweight - easy to carry, small for sitting on stairs.

Not very loud.
Can bend easily carried, assembled, packed.
Very easy to clean and empty. Low maintenence.

- It sometimes has trouble picking up small pieces of thread, but that's not a big problem.
Price... it's too much, although you are paying for quality.

+ Very small, perfect for our one-bed flat. Great suction - we have a cocker spaniel and fur gets everywhere. Our carpet was a few shades lighter after our first use!

- Looses suction when telescopic hose not fully extended and colecting cylinder fills up very quickly. Expensive - we are paying an excessive price to own a Dyson.

+ I love dyson products, I think the design is exceptionally even though they are expensive they do the job properly. I needed a smaller version of my main dyson because of the weight and this is ideal for those quick vaccums you need mid week.

+ Compact and light - hence easy to carry and easy to store. Excellent cleaning performance, espeically for pet owners! Good range of extra tools for smaller areas and hard floors. Overall a little more expensive than other brands but worth the money.

- Not as much suction as I would have liked- picks up dust but has trouble with anything like small gravel. Needs emptying a lot- look at the max capacity line near the bottom of the cylinder.
