Dyson DC08 Basic Reviews: , Cylinder, Bagless Vacuum cleaner

+ really liked the previous one I was replacing it with, still looks nice

- Very noisy, though pickup not as good as older model, handle very uncomfortable to hold and hose kinks.

+ Excellent suction. Clean collection vessel - does not generate static and stick dust all over it as in older models.

- Heavy and a bit awkward to store. Straight collection tool has air vents which makes it less efficient at picking up. I use my old one from a previous model.

+ I could not understand what all the fuss was about when Dysons appeared on the market. The first time I used a Dyson on my 'clean' carpet I was shocked at how much extra dirt it sucked up. Now I would never buy any other product. I upgraded from a Dyson DC05 which was a little small for my use.
The Dyson DC08 is fantastic, it is quick and simple to empty, easily manoeuvreable and picks up animal hair that you do not realise is there. A fantastic product!!
