+ Simple, well made coffee maker at a good price.
- The only negative so far is that the coffee retains a lot of water in the holder after use - can be a bit messy. It is also not easy to remove the coffee grounds from the holder compared to other machines we have owned, but these are small points

+ Very simple and convenient to use and great price.
- Hot water/steamer produces a "lukewarm" Americano that isn't to my taste. Temperature could be higher.

+ Makes excellent coffee with good crema. Nice looking piece of kit.
- You have to run water through into your cup or it will be cold. Be very gentle when you use the tamper or it will struggle to push the water through and create an air lock.
