+ It is fairly stylish in appearance with a modest sized footprint for countertop use. It handles the making of 12 cups just as easily as 2 and is simple to clean. It is foolproof to use, but could do with a simple on/off switch to prevent overcooking.
- Not necessarly a bad point, but the inclusion of an on/off switch would prevent the possibility of burnt coffee!

+ PRICE REFLECTS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IN THIS CASE 10 OUT OF TEN , VALUE FOR MONEY ,BEST QUALITY FOR PRODUCT IN THIS FIELD .
- NO BAD POINTS , BUT WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME SORT OF ON OFF SWITCH ON ACTUAL PERCULATOR INSTEAD OF HAVING TO SWITCHON AND OFF AT THE WALL BUT THIS IS ONLY A PERSONAL CHOICE
