+ It blends far better than anything else I've used before and you can take your hands off without fear of a kitchen covered in whatever
- capacity not as great as I expected safety lock takes a bit of getting used to

- None really - slightly awkward removing the lid, but this is part of the safety feature so that it is impossible to run with the lid off
