+ Oil removal is easy using the pipe. Can't loose the basket handle as it's integral
- Opening and closing the lid means that you're skin comes in contact with the hot oil/steam fumes as you actually have to pass the lid into the upright position. Doing this without putting your arm above the hot oil is really difficult. Badly designed.
Nice and compact and easy to use if you are quite able bodied which is a bizarre requirement for a deep fat fryer.
