+ Very easy to use. Makes lovely coffee. Simple to use with fresh coffee beans. Looks good. Froths milk so it is nice and creamy.

- can't think of any other than it is expensive -but having said that it is worth every penny!

+ Looks good, makes very decent coffee. Can use all sorts of coffee beans/ground and different makes rather than having to stick to one particular expensive coffee pod like with alot of machines.

- None so far!

+ When all the fine adjustments have been made good coffee is consistently produced. There is none of the mess and fiddling about usually associated with coffee grinders, filters and cafetieres. You can drink every last drop from the cup as there's no sludgy bits!

- There are no bad points with regard to this product - it does what it says on the box!

+ Makes great coffee. Good crema, hot coffee and excellent steamer which takes all sizes of container. Easy to adjust for volume and strength. Superb design for accessibility and cleaning. It gets to operating temperature quickly and gives you proper coffee with the ease and speed of instant "coffee".

- Whilst being good for accessibility, the size of the machine is quite daunting if you have a small kitchen or worktop.

+ This provides an all-one-process of efficiently, quickly and quietly making a perfect cup of expresso coffee.
The settings can be customised to suit everyone and there is no mess.

- There are no bad points and I am not easy to please.

+ Makes great coffee, [though we do not use the steam frother] which after all is what it's all about. Generally well designed and convenient in use, though it looks a bit flashy and plasticky.
Wait time is limited, even from a cold start.
Easy to set up and operate.
Not had it long enough to judge it's reliability.
Normal 'Daily' [?] clean is very easy and simple.
This unit is manufactured by a well known company, and surely, given their development budget for these things, must have a reasonable design life. If convinced of these things Buy !...... A great little machine producing great coffee !

- Need to empty the 'used grounds' and refill the beans hopper is a bit too frequent, for any family who drinks a lot of coffee.
The silver finish, I have seen before, and question it's keeping its looks over the long term.
Quite noisy, [but so are all the machines of this type I have experienced].
The brewing unit looks and feels a bit light in construction, I wait to see how long it all lasts. Though given the manufacturer would expect any replacement needed, to be reasonably available.

+ The machine is brilliant for making coffee especially when using a quality bean. Also has a great frother.

- Feels a bit "plastic" though appearance is good. Not really any bad points especially as the price is very good for a quality bean to cup machine.

+ Good cup of coffee! easy to set up. Not as big as I expected. Good value for money.

- Small reservoirs for coffee, water and coffee grounds so it seem as if it needs constant attention. Having said that, its still less effort than grinding the beans, boiling the water etc...

+ Looks good, simple to use and makes great freshly ground coffee

- The milk steamer is a little bit puny and takes a while to get the milk hot enough but it does not bother me too much

+ No mess, one touch instant proper coffee, and simple to clean and maintain.

- some used coffee grounds miss the container.

+ Very easy to use, makes great coffee, alerts you when it needs more water/coffee or when grounds need emptying.

- Rather noisy. Coffee not particularly hot so milk must always be heated.

+ Once you have got used to it and have found your best setting, producers super coffee every time. There is little mess to clean up. It also impresses my friends.

- None really, The only thing that I would change is the outer casing to Stainless steel but this would add to the price.
