+ Easy to use, easy to set up, makes really nice coffee and there are many different types of coffee to choose from.

- Have had the coffee capsules fall straight through to the used tray a couple of times.

+ Looks good. Great coffee. Love the idea of the milk frothing attachment. Have recommended it to several friends.

- Only drawback is that you can only purchase the coffee capsules for one place.

+ This is the best coffee machine I have purchased. I prefer lattes therefore this machine is ideal. I have tried all the coffee capsules and there is only one not strong enough for a latte (I do not like strong coffee).

- At first it seemed a bit messy to clean but once you get into a routine it is not a problem.

- Milk container is difficult to fit on, and get off. Machine is quite temperamental, takes a long time to go into latte/capuccino mode

+ An excellent machine for making a variety of coffees automatically. Easily programmed to accommodate personal tastes and being able to store the milk container in the fridge is a real time saver. The inbuilt cleaning system works well and everything is dishwasher proof!

- Not really a bad point, but as I make a lot of Lattes I find the water container needs frequent refilling. But it's not a huge chore!

+ A very stylish machine that performs very well producing great cups of coffee to suit all tastes.
Certainly a must have that will impress your friends indeed.

- The only niggle so far is the coffee isn't that hot but it isn't a complaint! This can be overcome!.

+ My friend had this machine I loved the coffee so much I had to have one. This machine makes fantastic coffee, it's neat compact and easy to use and to clean. The nespresso capsuals are easy to use and have a wide selection of coffee to choose from. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone I love it.
