+ Works well. Very easy to use. The froth is amazing...it is just as good as any drink you'd get at a coffee shop. I like that you can make frothy milk separately without having to make coffee.

+ Whilst this is a budget end 15bar espresso maker it ticks all the boxes. Ease of operation and appearance make it a pleasure to use and to have on show.
It certainly capitalises on the generation of creama by DeLonghi's specially designed coffee filters almost to the point of being excessive. It's neat and easy to service when tank filling is required. I've had mine only a short time but so far so good. I did a lot of research prior to buying and I think I've done very well.

- Distance between nozzles and cup stand insufficient. Really can only accommodate an espresso cup not much more, which is a pity.
The milk frother is very poorly positioned and very awkward to use, fortunately I don't need to use it.
It's a bit noisy and the cups move due to its vibration, but these are little problems compared to the excellent coffee it produces.
