- One part was missing we had the drain hose but not the plug.

+ Works really well. It has got rid of all of the dampness and the flat even feels warmer now. Emptying the water container is very easy.

+ Has done the job in our terrace. Damp practically gone.

- Can be heavy to move around the house. Haven't yet got the continuous drain facility to work. However efficiency means i don't need it now

- not sure about the 10 liters a day claim my place is very damp (riseing+door&window leak) but dispite the obvious effect the unit has (lack of condensation in windows for example) ive never had more than 5 liters out of it in a 24hr period!

+ It's pretty quiet and works very efficiently. In my home I empty it twice a day. It has definitely made a difference in terms of how damp the house was before.

- I sometimes spill the water from the tray when getting it out to empty.

+ Really efficient. I don't know where it extracts the water from but it does a good job. Excellent for drying washing in small flats with no outdoor space.

- The water collecter seems to fill up very quickly- which stops the dehumidifyer, If I had to buy another one i'd buy one which didn't need emptying so often!

+ Fairly attractive and quiet, thus can be placed anywhere. Highly portable; includes fold down handle. Performance very good.

- If not using the 'pipe to drain' facility, the reservoir a bit on the small side
