+ Looks ok.

- It lets steam come through the hot water drip spout. Water comes through the steam spout while frothing milk. It doesn't produce a good crema. The cup filter gets stuck in the filter holder when rotating the filter holder decisively towards the middle where the right position indicator is.

+ Easy to use and very straightforward. Looks good, smart and classy.

- Was hoping for a coffee machine that made different types of coffee. This machine makes 2 cups of coffee at a time, but only in expresso cups, bigger cups won't fit. It does have a steam facility for making capuccinos but we are still trying to get this bit right as we've only had the machine since Christmas.

+ Compact, neat and good looking. Performs up to expectations.

- Cant' get a mug or large cup under nozzle.

+ Very user friendly. The user manual advises the user to turn the unit on 30 minutes before use to heat the water. I add nearly boiling water which speeds the whole process by 25 minutes!!

- None that I have come across as yet.

- Milk steamer too low down

+ well made,froths the milk to perfection,its nice and compact so does not take up to much room in a small kitchen,holds enough water so your not filling it every five minutes,easy to clean too

- the frother is too low

+ It produces a lovely cup of cofffee quickly and is easy to use and clean so it won't end up at the back of the cupboard.

- The clearance between dispenser and drip tray is too low. We have to remove the drip tray for most of our cups.

+ ready to use in 3 mins, good pressure and brilliant milk steamer.

- can only get small espresso cups underneath to collect coffee. And need small jug to froth coffee or gets stuck.

+ Easy to use. Can use filter coffee or pods.

- Restrictive height for cup being used. Couldn't fit any of our mugs even small ones under it. Lots of bits to clean. Could see potential for contamination if not used and cleaned regularly, especially milk frother.

+ Great machine. Works well especially with Lavazza coffee but make sure you use extra fine grounds.

- You will need a shallow cup or bowl to collect the expresso as large cups do not fit but still worth evbery penny.
