+ Looks as if it should do the job but does not.

- It lets in too much light from sides, and possibly from below, even in UK.. I have held an postcard above the screen shade to extend cover, without much improvement. In daylight, when FACING the sun, the amount of light reflected from the screen prevented me from seeing the image of the subject of the photo on the screen. My wife has a fabric concertina type collapsible screen shade, like belows on an old fashioned camera which works.

+ Great for taking pictures in bright sunlight

- It sometimes falls off the camera, maybe the adhesive/method of fixing could be improved. Despite this, it is still possible to refix the screen without any additional adhesives.

+ The screen will detach from the camera when not needed leaving its "frame" behind.

- The screen of the reflector acts as a mirror and you tend to get a reflection of yourself in the surface. My wife has one on her camera and you have to train yourself to focus your eyes beyond the reflection. In taking the scren off the camera one of the fittings has broke, There are many reports of the product being rather flimsy.

- I bought this so that I could take a photograph in the sun without being able to see my reflection in the screen! but it doesn't work. I can still not see the subject. I think maybe I need a bigger screen that covers all the camera instead of just the screen. I was very dissapointed as this was recomended to me by yourselves and I thought it was going to solve the problem but it doesn't.
