+ Fantastic quality coffee anytime you want, in no time, without hassle. By programing the machine to turn on when you wake up you can have your morning fix of espresso, cappuccino, or latte in less than a minute. Filling the tank and removing the grounds is very simple, as is basic cleaning. We have only had it a month so have not needed to descale it as yet, but the manual has had all the answers thus far so don't foresee a problem. If you have vanilla ice cream (/ gelato) in the freezer an affrogatto dessert is only ever seconds away!

- Nothing major, just a couple of niggles:
It can be a little tricky to get the milk jug inserted correctly in the machine, but it only take a matter of seconds to re-align and insert accurately. A button that just produces milk (frothed or heated) would have been in addition to the cappuccino / latte buttons, which always try to dispense a coffee after producing the milk. This would make making hot chocolate simpler. There is however a quick way round this and as such the machine is capable of producing a great hot chocolate if you are happy to play around with it and do a bit of mixing yourself:
1. Use the hot water adapter to discharge a little hot water into a cup that you have already added either chocolate shavings / powdered chocolate drink (10 seconds).
2. Mix the hot water and chocolate with a spoon (10 seconds).
3. Change water adapter for the milk jug (less than 20 seconds if it goes in first time!).
4. Set the machine to pre-ground coffee - this only involves pressing a single button up to 5 times! (but make sure you don't add pre-ground coffee unless you want a mocha type drink) (5 seconds).
5. Press for a cappuccino / latte macchiato / latte to produce desired milk. After dispensing the milk (less than 30 seconds) the machine will stop and the display panel will indicate that pre-ground coffee needs to be added, just leave it as you have:

+ I just found it very easy to use. You can set your own strengths for both the coffee and milk with ease.

- Although there is a milk container on this model, you can't just froth your own amount of milk without having to select a specific type of coffee. If I chose just a strong coffee but do not want a cafe latte or a cappuccino I have to warm milk via another method. Other than that a great buy.

+ Fabulous cafe style coffee - although my frother doesn't froth brilliantly, so it isn't quite the same as buying out. But I love it, wouldn't be without it and can honestly say it's one gadget I use and use. My husband is a complete convert!

- Milk frother isn't as good as I would have liked. You can't beat frothing in a side jug, but for an all-in-one machine, it's a cracker!
