De'Longhi EC710 15 Bar Espresso Stainless Steel

+ Makes very pleasant espresso and is quick to heat up as long as you don't have the steamer button on. Turn this on whilst the coffee is being made, saves time.

- The clearance for the cups on the tray is very low. YOU WILL NEED SOME GENUINE CAPPUCINO CUPS.

+ Easy to use, makes lovely coffee.

- You cannot froth the milk at the same time as making the coffee, so the coffee can get cold while making the milk froth. Saying this, still a great machine for having a coffee at home.

- Sometimes the unit does not get the water really hot and when the green "OK" light comes on it does not hold presure for long, Causing a short wait for re-heat, but you cant rush a good Coffee

Two cup filter holder slightly too small for ease of filling with measure
Slight difficulty in cleaning hole in cappuccino maker with pin-perhaps diameter of hole very slightly too small.
(I use hair grip to clean cappuccino tube with relatively larger hole, which makes operation easier!)

+ Very easy to clean and when you get it right it makes lovely coffee.If you like the coffee that you get from the cafe bars then you will love this one easy to use, the drip tray come away so you use a larger cup if you like. one thing i must say is stick with it to get your perfect cup of coffee.

- None realy only one thing come to mind is they could put milk jug in the package.

- ille pods included (ese) did not work very well either way up in the filter...watery coffee one way up or very slow drips to produce a very strong/ bitter coffee, the other way up. Pods are very expensive to buy compared with ground coffee..

+ Makes coffee with fabulous crema. Good pressure for frothing milk. Easy to add water. Easy to clean. Great value for the price.

- Tall cups can't fit under the coffee outlet. This is not too much of a problem as you can remove the drip tray to fit the cups in (I prefer short cups anyway).
