+ Very quiet. Has a light inside which comes on when you open the door. You can have one wash programme for the top and another for the bottom. You set the timer for the time the wash cycle will finish, rather than when it starts. It cleans and drys very well.

- The plate racks. If you have plates larger than 23cm (I think) in diameter then you can only fit four of them in, and then not a lot else in the upper drawer. The racks on our old Bosch machine were a lot better and simpler. This machine will only take 12 place settings if you have the right size and shape of crockery. My wife hates it.
